Delivery

Our carriage terms for delivery are as follows:

UK Mainland

Orders over £400 nett value are free of charge to the UK Mainland
Orders under £400 nett value are charged at 10% the Nett Order Value with a minimum charge of £12.

All prices are excluding V.A.T.

Outside UK Mainland

For delivery outside of the UK Mainland please contact us for a price. This will be dependant on how many bins and where you are based.

Returns

If you wish to return goods to EHPL there is some information we need before any returns can be processed or accepted. For warranty claims please see our Warranty Page and get the relevant information together before contacting us. This will make the claim process quicker.

If you have received goods you no longer require the products must be in their original condition and fully packaged as new in their original packaging for returning. There is a handling charge applicable to any products returned and if EHPL uplift the goods the carriage is charged at cost.

Delivery Returns

Any transit damage must be reported to the manufacturer in writing within three working days of receipt of the goods. Failure to do this will render the warranty invalid. For uplift products must be in their original condition and fully packaged as new in their original packaging for returning.
